Prescription Eyewear Returns
We want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses, we offer the following return options:
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- You may return unworn, undamaged prescription eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange
- Frames must be in original condition with all original packaging
- Prescription lenses must be free from scratches or damage
Prescription Accuracy Guarantee
If your prescription eyewear was made incorrectly due to our error:
- We will remake your lenses at no charge within 60 days of delivery
- You must provide your original prescription for verification
- Our licensed opticians will review and confirm the error
Contact Lenses
- Unopened contact lens boxes may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
- Opened contact lenses cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations
- Defective contact lenses will be replaced at no charge with manufacturer verification
Non-Prescription Items
Non-prescription sunglasses, accessories, and other items may be returned within 30 days in unworn, original condition for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@suneveyewear.com with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship items back in original packaging with tracking
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your eyewear for a different style, color, or prescription. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective eyewear:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be prepaid
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or specially ordered items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
