Prescription Eyewear Returns

We want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses, we offer the following return options:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • You may return unworn, undamaged prescription eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange
  • Frames must be in original condition with all original packaging
  • Prescription lenses must be free from scratches or damage

Prescription Accuracy Guarantee

If your prescription eyewear was made incorrectly due to our error:

  • We will remake your lenses at no charge within 60 days of delivery
  • You must provide your original prescription for verification
  • Our licensed opticians will review and confirm the error

Contact Lenses

  • Unopened contact lens boxes may be returned within 30 days for a full refund
  • Opened contact lenses cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations
  • Defective contact lenses will be replaced at no charge with manufacturer verification

Non-Prescription Items

Non-prescription sunglasses, accessories, and other items may be returned within 30 days in unworn, original condition for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@suneveyewear.com with your order number
  2. Describe the reason for your return
  3. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship items back in original packaging with tracking

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your eyewear for a different style, color, or prescription. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective eyewear:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be prepaid

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or specially ordered items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
