Order Processing & Production Time
All prescription lenses are custom manufactured based on each customer’s individual prescription. Once a valid prescription is received and verified, orders typically require 7–14 business days for production before shipment.
Non-prescription items (such as sunglasses or accessories) may ship sooner.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, orders are shipped via standard shipping methods. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Total Delivery Time
Customers can expect to receive their order within approximately 10–21 business days from the date the prescription is verified.
Prescription Verification
A valid prescription is required for all prescription lens orders. Orders will not begin processing until the prescription has been received and verified. Any delays in receiving or verifying the prescription may extend processing times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
